JOB TITLE: CAD/REVIT Technician
Cortner Architectural Company provides architectural services throughout the Inland Northwest for commercial, educational, and institutional clients. We are presently looking for a dynamic team player for the CAD/Revit Technician position.
Job Overview
The CAD/REVIT Technician will assist in the day-to-day preparation of construction drawings and BIM modeling in addition to the development and maintenance of office drafting standards and drawing templates.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist colleagues in the preparation of construction drawings.
• Participate in on-site investigations and field-measurements.
• Assist in preparing 3D BIM models and presentation materials.
• Assist in the development and deployment of office drafting & BIM standards and templates
• Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
• Communicate, coordinate and train office personnel
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
• Minimum 5-years of experience in CAD/BIM systems using Autodesk AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Experience working with Architectural systems preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced design environment
• Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
